Pre-race routine:

ride bike with trailer to rec center. swim with daughter int he leisure pool. set up gear.

Comments:

i did 625m -it's rounded to nearest 10. i felt comfortable the whole time. i questioned whether i should have been pushing harder.
What would you do differently?:

couldda pushed harder but for today i feel it was fine as is. this was a training race.

i switched to running shorts for the bike and run. i figured the fitness cycle seats are padded so... but i was chaffing the whole time.

i would definitely push harder. i really slacked. and obviously i would wear appropriate shorts. i should have had the toe clips tighter as well.
