Swim
Comments: i did 625m -it's rounded to nearest 10. i felt comfortable the whole time. i questioned whether i should have been pushing harder. What would you do differently?: couldda pushed harder but for today i feel it was fine as is. this was a training race. Transition 1
Comments: i switched to running shorts for the bike and run. i figured the fitness cycle seats are padded so... but i was chaffing the whole time. Bike
What would you do differently?: i would definitely push harder. i really slacked. and obviously i would wear appropriate shorts. i should have had the toe clips tighter as well. Transition 2
Comments: 5 min seemed to pass by fast - glad i didn't switch shoes or shorts here Run
Comments: foot started hurting more and more as the race went on. i really couldn't push very hard. Post race
