Subject: GREAT Customer Service at Road ID
I am just dropping a note to let everyone know how great my experience with Road ID Customer service was.  I have a Road ID Elite and had issues with the clasp.  Finally the other day I was riding and the clasp broke and I lost the pin that attached it to the band.

I e-mailed customer service about the issue and asked if I could just buy the clasp or the pin (B/C I think I could rig the clasp to work again).  To my suprise they are shipping me an entire new band and clasp assembly free of charge.  They stated that a few of their older models of the elites have this issue.  What a great feeling to have someone stand behind their product!

Great Product!!  Great Customer Service!!!  What more could you ask for...

Ditto--I also had a great experience.  My wife got me a Road ID for Christmas, but forgot to put the area code in the phone numbers.   I called Road ID to order a new metal ID tag, but customer service told me "Oh, we should have caught that with the original order.  We'll re-do it for you at no charge."  A few days later I received a new tag.

Great company that has earned my loyalty.

Agree!  Great customer service.  I was a total dork and put my own cell phone number down for one of my emergency contacts.  I was expecting to pay for another one, becasue it was my mistake.  But they got me a replacement, no charge.   Great company and a great product.
