custom training plan creator Cannot Import

Subject: custom training plan creator Cannot Import

I am a bronze member and trying to use the custom training plan creator. I can go thru the 5 steps (tabs) and use the wizard to generate the plan. When I click on the import to my log it does not seem to work. It does nothing. I get prompted with two warnings telling me that this will add the plan to my log and delete the previous plan (I answer "yes") and then it does not add the new plan. Should this be available to me??? Help.

Tell me what plan parameters you want, and what days you want workouts, then I will go into your account and create the plan and import to make sure it is working correctly.

I actually just went into your account, created a oly custom plan and imported. It went into planned training calendar. I then deleted it.

Do you get the dialog:

"Importing your custom training plan to your training log.
You will be redirected to your Planned Calendar upon completion.
~~~~~~~~~~~ "

where the bar signals it is importing? Did it then redirect your calendar? This may take up to 30 seconds.

I do understand the Wizard and Did in fact use it to create a plan earlier this month. I am attaching a picture of the browser screen just before I click on "Import into my Planned Training!". What I am saying is after I click on "Import into my Planned Training!". I get no plan in my calender or anywhere else.

Ok, got the pic.

Do you get this after you click on the button:

Do you get redirected to your planned calendar?

Or does it just stay on the page in your pic?

What browser are you using?

The Browser just stays on the page with the import button however the plan is gone from the page and all the buttons are gone (ie no print plan, plan instructions or import plan). Nothing on page. If I navigate back to the 4th tab. I can regenerate the plan and see it on the 5th tab again. I do not get redirected to the calender.

I am using firefox version 3.6.13.

I do not get the dialog "importing into the Calander". I am sorry for not answering this question earlier. I did just try it to verify that I am not getting this message.

I went into your account and recreated your plan and successfully imported it:

This seems to be a browser issue...maybe others can chime in. I will have Mike look into this too.

In the meantime, you have the plan loaded up now. Let us know if changes need to be made if this doesn't work for you in the future until we figure it out.
