Does anyone have a new Scott CR1 Team? I am considering buying one as my first road bike. I have put a lot thought and time into researching a bike. I test rode a lot of other makes and models and I am leaning towards this one. It is comfortable, seems like a good value and i really like LBS. My only concern is that I am a big guy and I don't want a frame with a lot of flex - not sure if fatigue will be an issue. The frame is pretty light and i am not sure if that means it may be too flexible for a big guy (i.e. 275 lb). I didn't notice an obvious issue during a short test ride, but I have to admit I am a little nervous about carbon. My intent is complete a century this fall along with several other fifty plus mile rides. If you have one or a bike with the same frame or have ridden one and could offer an opinion I would appreciate it.Thanks,Dave

I have one but I bought it 2009.   I love it!  I've done many long rides including IMAZ pretty comfortably - well as comfortable as you can be on a 100+ mile rides.

I'd definitely talk to the bike store about your concern of the frame flexing.

I love mine. It's quite light and pretty stiff. I'd like to give some better insight, but at 150lbs I've never thought about how it would do with more weight. I would assume perfectly fine however, as it shouldn't be much weaker (or stronger) than any other material.
