Pre-race routine:

I had a bowl of granola with a banana cut up in it. Left House about 6:20, got to checkin around 7:05, checked in went to transition and set up. I thought that it being a Dua instead of a Tri people would not use as much space for their transition, I was wrong. My rack had people so spread out with no care to those around them, one guy literally had all his stuff set up directly under the rack where other bikes needed to be set-up. Just careless

Course: This was a very fast start, my first mile I looked down and saw 7.25 and said whoooaaaa slow down buddy. Way to quick for my normal pace, but was happy with the time.
