Subject: calories in calories out?
I have no idea how the calories out/ from lifestyle works? What does that mean?
Calories out: 2417 From Lifestyle: 1902 From Activities: 515

Does it mean I need to burn 2417 calories?

That's calories out.  The "From Lifestyle" I'm guessing is based on a combination of your weight and the default lifestyle you chose in your settings.  "From Activities" is based on your training logs.

I wouldn't rely too heavily on these calorie estimates; they're probably in the ballpark but there are an awful lot of variables not included in those estimates.

Mike has it correct.  Our calculator, we think, is more accurate than most online calcs as we use MET values to get pace-dependent calorie burn data with the tri-sports.  Though like any online calculator, it's just an estimate.
