Pre-race routine:

Met up with Erin and arrived about 30 minutes early. Dave drove and dropped us off at door so didn't have to worry about parking. Ate a english muff with peanut butter and coffee for breakfast.
Wore tank top with built in bra, long sleeve shirt and a long sleeve top layer on top and Craft tights on bottom with my Mizuno Elixer shoes.
Event warmup:

Didn't really warm up or stretch.

Comments:

Went good. Kept 9:30 pace until mile 9. Started cramping in hips and sore legs. Brought with me and ate a pack of shot blocks and one small water bottle with powerade pack. On course, consumed 2 cups of water and 1 cup of gatorade.
What would you do differently?:

Bring Gu and consume at set intervals.

Warm down:

Grabbed water. and stretch inside.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Sore ankles and tight hips
