Comments: Went good. Kept 9:30 pace until mile 9. Started cramping in hips and sore legs. Brought with me and ate a pack of shot blocks and one small water bottle with powerade pack. On course, consumed 2 cups of water and 1 cup of gatorade. What would you do differently?: Bring Gu and consume at set intervals. Post race

Met up with Erin and arrived about 30 minutes early. Dave drove and dropped us off at door so didn't have to worry about parking. Ate a english muff with peanut butter and coffee for breakfast.
Wore tank top with built in bra, long sleeve shirt and a long sleeve top layer on top and Craft tights on bottom with my Mizuno Elixer shoes.
Didn't really warm up or stretch.
