What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not sure how hard to push myself. I pushed pretty hard. was getting a left shoulder cramp and didn't push harder. I could have pushed harder.

Nice crisp day in Prospect Park. Beautiful scenery. Overcast at beginning but just when we hit the big frozen pond the sun came out.
