Comments:

snowing wet snow. roads wet and puddly, very raw but no wind. ran what I had for the day. kept pace throughout. last miles were a drudge, lots of self talk to get thru em. especially last mile. wet thru and thru and cold at the finish.

overall happy with performance. havent raced a 1/2 in a while.
Post race
Warm down:

walk to car and grab isis dry clothes and walk back. all around a mile or more.

Great time hanging with BTers after the race at British Beer Company!!!

Event comments:

crowded feild of about 5000 runners. crowded bathrooms and expo area but that is to be expected with a popular race.

Nice race under far-from-ideal conditions!

I couldn't run, but was there supporting my wife in the 10K. We also had lunch at the British Beer Company (11:45 - 1:00) - probably saw you there!
