Drove to race, 2 1/2 hours, ate usual breakfast.
Event warmup:

Ran 1 mile race with Daniel, 9:58 pace. Some random stretching.

Comments:

Good run. Wasn't raining during the race itself so that was nice. Even had a nice kick at the end.
What would you do differently?:

Wouldn't do anything different except train more in preparation.

Walked around. Some random stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training.

Event comments:

No water on the course for 3 mile. Plenty of water before and after race.
