Subject: Arrrrrrrg..... Im sick

I'm training for my first Triathlon Sprint, I started training 1 day on and 1 day off for about a month now, I have slowly increased my workouts, giving myself 2 days off, I'm also in a swim program and will be going into a running program as well, now that I'm sick , Do I lay off the working out till I feel better or do I just do very light exercise ? I don't want to feel like I'm starting all over again once I feel better,

I also have been told that if I exercise while sick I could prolong the cold/flu like symptoms ??? What do you guys/girls do when your sick

Take the time off, 2 or 3 days will not ruin any fitness gains you have made.  Ease back into it and you will be fine.

Off the subject, regarding your avatar pic.  Is it the camera angle or are your bars pointing straight down at the ground?

Probably Camera angle, the bars are normal, maybe the pic is thrown off with the profile design bars with the flip up elbow pads ???
