Subject: Arrrrrrrg..... Im sick I'm training for my first Triathlon Sprint, I started training 1 day on and 1 day off for about a month now, I have slowly increased my workouts, giving myself 2 days off, I'm also in a swim program and will be going into a running program as well, now that I'm sick , Do I lay off the working out till I feel better or do I just do very light exercise ? I don't want to feel like I'm starting all over again once I feel better, I also have been told that if I exercise while sick I could prolong the cold/flu like symptoms ???
