I had signed up as a silver member last year because there was a training plan I wanted. Now there is a plan on the bronze members that is not on the silver. But I up loaded the bronze plan to my logs and I only get minutes nothing else because I'm not a bronze member.
Why is it that you can go up a level but then you no longer have full access to the lower levels? Just does not seem right to me.

The Bronze plans are all "minutes only". There are no details in them. The difference between Bronze and Silver is that a Silver gives you access to all of the detailed plans in addition to the "minutes only" Bronze plans.

When did that change? When I was a bronze member I trained and raced a 70.3 with a plan from here and there was full data. Not that big of a deal really. Other then the swim I have always gone by a time/miles kind of thing. But it would be nice if the higher levels had some of the lower plans but just expanded.

It hasn't changed. There are a couple of Free/Bronze plans that have details, a HIM and an IM one. The rest are all minutes only.
