In corral C here.  Shooting for 1:40 (but really I'm thinking 1:43ish).  Just really looking forward to the beer tent afterwards. WHOOT!

Received a large "post card" last week (snail mail) indicating what corral and bib #.  If you did not receive one, you may want to check with them.

Well, never got my postcard.  LOL, I probably tossed it with the hundreds of politcal postcards I recieved this past month.  Oh well, I confirmed that I am registered and seeded, so I'm probably in corral D like I was last year.

Latest forcast calls for high 40s and spotty thunderstorms...typical.  Looks like armwarmers and a trashbag to start the race. Tongue out

I tweaked my right knee and it hurts pretty bad to put weight on it.  Not sure what I'm going to do now

I'm in corral M.  Wish I would have seeded, but oh well.

My training has gone great the past few weeks. My heart rate has dropped and my speed has increased.  I think I can run 13.1 in less than 2 hours now, but not sure how much the traffic will detract from that.  But I'll enjoy it regardless of finishing time, provided it's not snowing.

I'm in corral D - looking to get under 1:50 with a perfect-day goal of 1:45.  I'm crossing my fingers that the weather will be kind and the rain will hold off until later in the day.  I hate running with soggy feet!

That sucks.  Ice, ibuprophen, and rest now.  See how it feels tomorrow.  Sorry, hope it will getter better soon.  Perhaps if it's not healed by Saturday, you can run the Geist half mary which is two weeks later.

I am in A but I am not able to race this year (I am out in Tucson).  Am going to miss running this year but I am glad I am going to have better weather.

I'm in D.  A spectacular day would be 1:45, but I would be happy with 1:50.  My current PR for a half mary is 1:59.  Good luck to everyone.  It looks like we're going to have decent weather.  While you're out there, keep an eye out for bright green t-shirts that say "blind runner" on the back.  This is a team that I coach, and they are awesome athletes.
