Comments: General pace wasn't too bad for me. A significant improvement on Port Mac HIM. Drinking and eating slowed me down. What would you do differently?: Sort out my water bottle on the bars and ensure I use it in training to get comfortable drinking whilst on bars Transition 2
Comments: Learn better transition What would you do differently?: Practice, Practice, Practice Run
Comments: Was a good steady run...kept the pace ticking along. Drinking coke and water worked well. Stitch in the second lap caused a bit of a problem, but was able to keep going. What would you do differently?: Practice coke for nutrition. Give myself permission to push a bit in the run. Post race
