Pre-race routine:

Some water and a peice of bread with peanut butter.

picked up a buddy and went to register for the race.

Event warmup:

None really, Just walked to the starting line and stretched some.

Comments:

Probably pushed a little too hard. Hadn't run a 5k in quite a while so I was just winging it. It was a last minuted decision to run so I had no real expectations. I'm pretty pleased with my time.

What would you do differently?:

Probably nothing. Maybe take it a little easier to save some gas for the end.

Event comments:

Just a simple Saturday morning 5K. This one is one of the better attended 5ks in the area.
