I'm in, though training is in the $hitter.  Too much work related stress and a winter running injury slump that has got a hold of me.  Sunday (3/27) is 10 weeks out and I must start training.  My AG (45-49) is huge this year with 65 registered.

@otter, get in the water man!

Dang sfm15, some serious strength minutes last week!Wink

Anyone on this thread, I've been riding from the Suntree YMCA to Cocoa Village and back on Sunday mornings (~25mi).  Feel free to come out and play!

June 5th, but it been sold out for 2 months now.

FYI, it's the longest running tri in FL held in Melbourne Beach.  Flat and fast as they say.

If anyone's interested I've been riding Sunday mornings with some roadies.  Meet at Suntree YMCA / Revolutions LBS at 8:00-8:30am.  ~24mi ride up to Cocoa Village and back on one of the best rides in the county via Suntree-Rockledge Dr, stops at halfway and major intersections.  Can do a longer ride (+13) by continuing North up to the Titusville Fire station before turning back.  Steady 20-22mph on the stretches with some pull intervals and others dropping back to 18-20.  Not as bad as you would think when you can sit in the draft.

I dropped out..  Shoulder still not right...  I am actually scared to get in the water.  Need to do it soon, trying to decide on Publix one on July 31 or Health First in Oct or punt all until next year pineapple...  At least someone on waiting list got to race, instead of me fighting thru it without any pleasure at all...

I am walk/jogging in the Gecko run on 4/23.  also playing in our school fund raiser of 100 holes of golf on 4/15 (scared of this one also)

Have a great race.

I'm #424

Let's see: 19 pieces of paper/advertisements! A post-it pad, koozie, small pack of Biofreeze, FL Triathlon news mag, sun glass holder strap, Race numbers, swim cap (I'm 3rd wave light blue), and a nice short sleeve tech shirt that I'll actually wear (not Brooks brand).

Sorry, should've posted this last night.  I'm #412, white cap, I think that's Wave #1 @ 0700.  Mixed feeling about our bag of stuff.  Surprised with all the sponsorship we don't have more samples of stuff.  I threw basically everything away except the tee-shirt, free appt coupon and race flyers I'll post at work.  What time you getting to the race?  I'll get there early to get a good spot in transition.  Had an awesome spot last year.

Hey we'll be rack neighbors!  I'll have on my Black and Red Zoot trisuit and fresh close cut hairdo!  I usually get there early and get close to the end of the rack if not the coveted end spot.
