Pre-race routine:

woke at 0530.. walked about house.. sat on floor, did some yoga stretches and breathing to relax and focus drank a few glasses of water..

Event warmup:

parked on 19th street..walked to about 24th.. then started warm up job from 24th to 25th.. then did some active stretching. and a little water release..

walk around.. drank a few beers... mmmmm beer.. stretched

What limited your ability to perform faster:

run volumes were in the toilet

Event comments:

i had some friends volunteer.. there weren't allowed to partake in the post race activities.. little irritated over that..

but good other than that
