Comments:

First half was really good.Everything was smooth until mile 15 and my left IT band started acting up. Did the run/walk thing until mile 20 and was unable to run anymore after that. Walked the next 6 miles and ran the last few hundred yards.. This was one of the hardest things that i have ever done. Definately one of the most painful... Look forward to next year..

What would you do differently?:

follow the damn training plan to the end.....

walked back to the parking garage and stretched

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Injury and failing to complete my training plan due to lingering IT Band issues. Will not make this mistake next time.

Course:	flat and fun. It was my first marathon so I really don't have much to compare it against. Lots of volunteers and people supporting the runners all around the course. Damn Good Time.
