All in all a new PR on this course by 3:26. I have no idea where I finished among the field.

Considering I have put all of my training since the 3rd week of Dec. into P90X, This is a great result.

After T2 I started getting twinges of cramping in both calves. I took it slow to give my body a chance to re-group. About a mile in and no more cramping. Then I picked it up.
