Comments:

A LOT of sweating once the run actually started. Legs were a little stiff from bike ride day before.
What would you do differently?:

If I was going to try to really improve the time, I would likely not do a 62-mile bike ride the day before.

Warm down:

Brisk walk to parking.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

A lot of people, a lot of traffic. Probably a bit of soreness in the legs from the ride.

Event comments:

My primary goal was to better my time last year of 1:16. I managed to cut that by about 7.5 minutes, so I am satisfied with the run.

Course: Some hills - slow climb from start, around Capitol building and up Enfield (15th) to Lamar. Steep downhill and climb at other side of Lamar. From there a descent to finish w/ shallow, brief ascents.
