poor running performance

Event comments:

well supported. great volunteers, plenty of water and ice, very vocal support along the routes, enough massage tables. not as big as an Ironman-branded event but managed as well, i think. i appreciate being able to get "water, no top" so i didn't have to stop.

Nice job - I especially like the "learn to run" comment. Not sure how many HIM you've done but for me, each one surprises me with something that I need to learn and also something that I was worried about that turns out to be not so big of a deal.
