I am in search of a good place to get maternity workout clothes.  I don't mind online, but if anyone knows of stores let me know that as well.  I am 11 weeks and not into anything maternity yet, but it is just a matter of time.  I can feel it coming.  Thanks for your help!

I mostly used regular stuff.  Most everything is stretchy so it'll last you a while, even after your regular clothes are maternity wear.  Then I got a size larger and stretched through that.  I did have to buy new bras because that area ... ahem, blossomed.  Embarassed  I got a couple of t-shirts & shorts from Old Navy and that's about it.  And I worked out throughout.  I like to brag about how I did a spinning class 3 days before my due date.  It actually wasn't fun at all and my knees bumped my belly constantly for an hour but the look on the instructor's face when I told him my due date was enough to make me grin & bear it to finish.  LOL.

Congratulations and best wishes!

Congrats

The few things I had were from Old Navy as well.  They are fairly inexpensive, and you'll only need them for a couple of months.  Motherhood has great bras and swimsuits.

I used regular clothes for the most part as well. I ran through my 3 pregnancies and I had a couple old navy tank tops with a built in sports bra. I then wore a regular sports bra under that.

I wore spandex shorts and tights for extra support when my belly got bigger.

Congrats! Good job keeping active! It helped me so much.

While I haven't dealt with it myself most of my running friends just wear their regular stuff, maybe a size larger (cheap stuff) and then a belly band.  I think my coach got hers at Target.  She ran up until 40 weeks and 1 day.

Congratulations! Ditto what everyone else said about sizing up. I didn't get anything maternity specific for working out, just got regular stuff a size or 2 bigger. One thing I have to emphasize is the necessity of a Bella band! This ridiculously expensive piece of spandex made it possible for me to run and workout for all 40 weeks. You won't need it until you are 4-5 months but the extra support made workouts so much more comfortable, it was worth every penny. I ended up getting 2 sizes, a medium for everyday wear and a small that was a bit tighter and gave me more support for working out. Again, you won't need it for a while. Kudos on staying active!

Congrats! I am due in 5 weeks (triplets!) and was able to wear my regular spandex workout clothes till about 20 weeks though I looked like 30 weeks. I did have to get a bigger swimsuit (30 to size 36). Since 20 weeks I've been on bed rest so not allowed to work out
