Comments: Strong head wind for most of the race. Most of first 1/2 up hill, difficult to hold a steady 14-15 mph. Second half very enjoyable and able to hold much better mph. What would you do differently?: My main issue was the wind. Transition 2
Comments: Didn't seem like 1:14... What would you do differently?: Need to practice more transitions. Run
Comments: Both calves began cramping during the first 200 yards. Stretched them and didn't have any other issues - other than being pooped until the turn-around. What would you do differently?: Push a bit harder. Post race
Warm down: Walked around. Stretched. Drank lots of Gatorade. What limited your ability to perform faster: Since I only trained with P90X for the past month, or so, I'm not unhappy with my results. Last updated: 2011-01-22 12:00 AM
