long run from water to T1... overall, this and T2 might be the hi-lites of my day.

felt like T2 was pretty quick... legs felt good coming off the bike and out of transition.

Comments:

not my best run... right knee was a little grumpy, blisters on lilttle toes (ran sockless for the first time in shoes)... did not run with my Garmin, and probably went out a bit too fast... (estimating 7:15-7:20 for first 3 miles... then slowed a good bit.
