Tim - you should change your race up to the half on Saturday at check-in. 

You tore up the splash n dash, then cranked out the bike loop we did afterward.  Personally, I think the half would be pretty easy for you.  Just my 0.02........

Thanks This is my first Oly, so I'm nervous about this distance! I'm saving my first half for Soma, though I'm starting to think all of the Red Rock Racing events in TTL are on the same course...

Now, I remember that back in the day all new BT members had to pay their dues by bringing beer to a group workout or a race. I think we need to start enforcing this rule more strictly starting with Marquee. I will be looking for you after the race Timbo. The best beer is a free beer, especially after a race!

Mountain Man in Flagstaff is a fun race.  The bike portion has some interesting hills, but what goes up, must come down.

Soma is advertised as a ride through Urban areas, so I am not sure if they will use the Marquee courses, or if they will expand on the Iron Sports (5/7) courses, which for an Oly distance are different than Marquee (bike course goes nowhere near Beeline Hwy).

Either way, the one thing we know does not change is the swim at TTL is going to be the same.
