Awesome job Noel.  Looks like we may have a little friendly battle at Honolulu.  I'm really hoping to crack 2:20, but this is conidering that Honolulu's bike and run course are a bit short.  23.5 miles and 6 miles instead of 24.85 and 6.2.

thanks Jason...amazing how fast my age group was.  5th place guy came in 2:07 !!!!!

I was happy to PR by 7 minutes.

looking fwd to Honolulu next, then Honu.
