Pre-race routine:

got there early to pre-register at a nut bar and some powerade took 2 sports legs, havent riden outside on any type of hillsin over 6 months was apprehensive of a slow ride

Comments:

Stopped and took pictures gave about 75% def could have gone alot faster. Ace showed but I rode with Step most of the time, very peaceful, easy and comforting. Only listened to my ipod for 35% of the time.
What would you do differently?:

train on some hills instead of waiting months

Course: Long rolling hills, stunning scenery! I would highly recommend this race to EVERYONE> All newbie's and pro's! The hills are long and rolling and an easy climb, but there are enough of them to give you a good workout. What stands out about this ride was the SUPPORT. I can not say enough about them. Every rest stop was fantastic and filled with the best home made breads, brownies, fruits and snacks possible. Plus COLD powerade and water. All the sag wagons were on point and friendly.
