Confusing site.  Bad design.  Still didn't wipe old shifts.  Hard to figure out whether something is open when it says "Closed" with "12 positions available" and the "View Shifts" button still available.

3rd party packaged solutions work great instead of trying to recreate the volunteer wheel.

I hope this gets the attention of the Ironman owners/logistics/whatever people. This was very poorly handled this year. I don't know why it's so messed up this year when the last 2 years were fine. Did they task the "new guy" to prep for the new year?

As of this morning, all of my old shifts have been cleared out and I was able to register for new shifts.  I also got an email confirming each of the new shifts I selected.  Hopefully this is the last time I need to do this!
