Arms felt tired. Didnt do much swimming in the two weeks prior to the race so this probably made me stiffen up a lot.
What would you do differently?:

Keep swimming right up until race.

I felt like I head a great bike and could not have went much faster! I slowed down quite a bit in the turns so this is an area where I can improve. it was quite windy so I was in the aero bars a lot.

Oh how I dislike running. I felt terrible for the first half of the run then picked it up significantly for the second half. I thought my time would be faster than it was. I mapped it out and it actually was 5.2-5.3km.
