Overall I'm pretty happy with the results. I need to learn to pace myself a little better. Not bad for my first race and first outdoor run in months.

Warm down:

Walked a little - stretched by the car and then again about 20 minutes later at home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I had trouble pacing myself during the race because of being used to the treadmill.
