First hill tough, Painful rt achilles from 2 mi, disappointingly slow because of this-fearful that pushing too hard would result in DNF or perm injury.....

be smarter in trianing to not have this worry- could have been faster

Wooo hoo! 3rd place in your age group! Nice going! Did you get an award? Looks like all three of your events were pretty steady, you did really well in all of them.

Hope you can make it to Cranberry, it sounds like a lot of BT-ers are going to be there.

got a piece of Granite "3rd place!"........what was great is that they didn't post the results first-they just started announcing -it had started to rain, so I really had no idea-it was a fun surpriseI am going to try & do cranberry-probably try to find a place to stay nearby the night before-do you know where people will be? I,m in NH until Friday....

Congrats on a great race and 3rd place!!

Your times look great to me...and you did super.

Longer swim and run than Timberman....glad I passed on this race.

I'm planning on volunteering at Cranberry atleast from 6-8 am...hope to cheer everyone on. I need to find out full names and/or numbers so I know the BTers.
