Subject: Who makes 650c road frames?
Does anyone know where I can find a ~48cm 650c road frame?  I'm looking for frame only or frame & fork, since I have everything else.  I've been Googling a lot but so far I've only been able to find track frames.  I'm not too picky about materials, weight, aero, colors, etc.  I'm just hoping to find something relatively inexpensive (or I would buy a Cervelo RS XS frameset!!)

Felt, Trek, Orbea comes to mind. If you go custom, Elite, Parlee, IF, and I probably missed a whole bunch there...

If you're considering dropping the coin for a custom frame, think about checking in with these guys. Noting against the other names mentioned already. I'm just a bit biased is all.

Some of the Quintana Roo XS models are 650, also.

oops reading comprehension... I didn't see the "road frames" part, sorry.

My 48cm Orbea has 700c wheels.  Never seen an Obrea with 650s.
