Subject: Hi from Alaska Hello all. Well, it's been a long road but the time to compete is here(May 21st, sprint). After loosing over 75 lbs and building a great foundation in resistence training at the local fitness center, I am ready to SwimBikeRun. In the past year I have overcome an MCL sprain x-country skiing, shoulder injury, and a few other set-backs. My first swimming lesson is tomorrow, and I'm well on my way to building a solid foundation in the other two events. Nice to meet you all!
