Extreme Veteran 747 Overlea/Fullerton Maryland | Subject: RE: Frederick Half Marathon : Official Thread Anyone looking to run a half marathon next year should run this race. VERY well organized and put on. The course wasnt completely flat but it was a nice course. A few small hills and of course a heart breaker final hill to the finish. The swag bag and expo (free stuff) was great, as was the race long sleeve performance material zip up shirt. Very nice I went out Waaaaaay to fast and then just completely died at mile 9. The pace went out quick and my adrenalin took me with them. I paid for it. ended up with a 1:37, not horrible but I could have done much better. Ill be looking to avenge my poor race performance next year. |
