Subject: Barrie area.....OWS

Now that the snow has melted and the ice is off the waterways....all be it the temps are still a little fridged....have you ventured out for an OWS yet...and if so, were do you go around the Barrie area.

I will probably be swimming in Kempenfelt bay but would be interested in hearing other options. Especially if the water is warmer.

No OWS swimming yet, but looking forward to visiting Kempenfelt myself. It should warm up reasonably in a couple of weeks, the bay is quite shallow. Water is warmer as long as the wind is from the shore. Cold water gets blown in from the lake otherwise.

Been diving there for years.
