Comments: Cramped upper legs at mile 80. Not hydrating enough. Drank half bottle at aid station and changed to drinking every 5 minutes instead of 10. Kept easy spin and no push on climbs until cramps subsided. Recovered well with this adjustment. What would you do differently?: Pay more intention to hydration. May change to every 7 minutes from the start. Post race
