Subject: Jersey Swim Holes Unavailable!
Just curious if anyone else has been using Island Beach in Mountain Lakes, NJ as their OW swim hole. Apparently the lake is closed off due to high coliform counts this week (drought related?) and with my local YMCA pool closed for annual maintenance, I'm left high and dry.

Anyone want to share an alternative spot? I'm getting a little nervous not being able to practice with my first sprint/sport coming up this weekend!

If your race is this weekend and your still worried about swimming then you DO have a lot to be worried about.  Otherwise...if you have already gotten in a lot of swim training over the last 3 months, then you will be plenty fine.
