Comments:

My run was consistent with training.
I kept on a 9:20 pace through mile 7.
Last 2 miles my legs felt heavy and my HR started to climb to 170.

What would you do differently?:

run faster.

Event comments:

climate was perfect for running. got a little cold at the end since it became overcast. Great that they had the foil blankets for everyone or we would have been miserable.
