I have been looking to purchase a power meter.  So, last week I saw a PowerTap Elite+ built onto a DT Swiss wheel for $800 on their website.  I thought it was a great deal, so I ordered it.  I received an e-mail from them later that day that they had sold out.  So, I called their customer service to see what else they might have in stock.  They had a PowerTap SL+ built on a Mavic Open Pro on sale and in stock for a couple hundred more.  So, I told them I would take it.  It arrived today and I was looking at the receipt.  It was $135 less than the price I was expecting.  In addition to my BT discount, they had discounted it further!!  I was not expecting them to do that.

I am so excited to have my new PowerTap and can't wait to try it out!!  Laughing
