Boy is it going to be hot this weekend. Hope all this hot weather running pays off on race day!

email indicated a bottle exchange for oly bike. I think they have hammer fluids, if you have not trained with hammer fluids, I would suggest not doing the bottle exchange unless they have water bottles.....don't do anything in the race you have done in training.

Does anyone know if they allow race day packet pickup even if u did not preregister?

No. They are very strict about this in the past so you need to get there and pick it up. Race morning is incredibly hectic with the amount of people doing the races.

Any updates about water temps?

I pulled a Roy Halladay. I dehydrated on the bike and could barely finish my "run". First time I ever felt like quitting. Just too hot.

Yeah I went with my daughter to support a few people and we hit the misting tent about ten times.
