Subject: meal replacement shakes

in the morning either i dont have time for breakfast or everything i like is a no/no.  so i was talking some meal replacement shakes for breakfast so are these considered a no/no also.  i mean they "supposedly" are good for you?

I would stick to real food, only use protein shakes if you like them as post-workout meals to get into your system quickly. If you don't have time for breakfast, either make time, make something at night so you can eat it quickly in the A.M., or down a liter of water to kick off your day and then eat later on. But still, eat real food with good nutrition.

You don't have time to eat it or don't have time to prepare it?  If it is the preparation thing then consider overnight oats.  Yummy and you could bring it to work to eat if time to eat was also a problem.
