What limited your ability to perform faster:

Was disappointed I didn't podium... need to work harder at getting in the cycling time I'm supposed to (although that may be at 5 am) and some running speed workouts.
We fought the wind the whole time but everyone had to deal with that so I can't use it as an excuse... although it does explain my slow bike speeds.
