Comments: kept the chi technique and form pretty well throughout. cadence is tough as my strides tend to be too long. i have a metronome coming in the mail tomorrow What would you do differently?: workout during the week, drink less wine the night before Post race
Warm down: one of the great things about living in miami is stretching next to the ocean after the race. What limited your ability to perform faster: lifestyle and stress from nasty job situation Event comments: This was a smaller race so there wasn't much afterward.
