I talked with my team mate who took part on saturday and she said the bike course was very fast so 10h00 is not impossible... what is the tough part of this race? heat? swim? |

For a 2012 race, you probably won't get in to IMLP without being on site for this year's race. IM CDA you could sign up online for a while once registration opens. |

what made it brutal? Heat and humidity combined with very still air and little to no shade. Fun times! |
