Subject: Anyone else having trouble logging on to USAT?
Been trying to log on for 2 days, tells me email and password don't match, but when I click "forgot password" and fill out everything it just takes me around in circles over and over again to enter my email address, then my last name, birthday and sex over and over.

I had the same problem when I went to renew online. I emailed tham and they told me that if I have more than one account linked to that email address, then I would go round in circles. Both my hubby and I used the same email addy in the past for our membership but their new system doesnt allow for that. They didn't offer me a solution other than to call them so they could change one of the email addresses on one of the accounts. I ended up renewing my membership at an event instead.
I'd email them, they got back to me within a day
