Pre-race routine:

Got up-ate a bagel and loaded my bike. Drove to the race site (~1hr)
Event warmup:

Did a quick check of the bike and then set up transistion and sat in the sun.

had an overall good swim---got off course from the last buoy to the exit--probbly cost me a few seconds. My watch had an out of water of time of ~ 9:46. I also lost my road ID during the swim (confirmed by a picture of me coming out of the water ;) )

need to sight a little better

We had to wear our race numbers on the bike. I forgot to do this so I had to run back to the rack to get my number
