Comments:

Busted out too hard again. Started running 4'40"s, then slowed down. When we hit the hills, I slowed down a lot. And couldn't get back up to speed. Had a good 10k, but slowed down a lot and struggled.
What would you do differently?:

Stay back and take it easy at the start... negative split!
