Comments:

Starting the run I had no legs, I was fighting to keep a pace of 4:40/km. This made the run a really not fun run and the overall day sucked because of that.

At km 14 I saw one of my friend and decided to stay with him to help him PR. I figured it would make me happier to see someone else succeed :)

3m and 40s or so slower than my best half mary, I have to find why I was feeling is such a bad shape ...
