Run
Comments: I have to say that this was a good race for me. My goal was to run it at a pace of 7:30-8:00 minute miles. In the end, I averaged around 7:04. I didn't feel like I pushed it to the extreme which indicates that I'm getting stronger with the run. I never felt completely spent. I will say that the last mile was a bit difficult, but it wasn't unmanageable. Warm down: No warm down. I walked around a bit. Event comments: Hands down, the Bolder Boulder is always a great event. It's well organized and an event that I will do for years and years to come. Last updated: 2011-05-24 12:00 AM

Parked in the garage at 29th street. Used the restroom. Got to my wave. No chance to do much else.
I hopped in place for a minute or two to get my heart rate up, but it would slow right back down to a low rate.
