Email went out with event info and race numbers.

I'm #146 racing the DeuceMan (HIM).

I'm pretty excited for this weekend. Should be a great weekend of racing.

I've decided to go with an 808/808 combo, looks like the wind may be too much.

Gotta miss this one. My sis just had a kidney transplant and my wife will be helping take care of her as she recovers. That leaves me at home with the dogs and out of the running at Deuces Wild. I'm not complaining though. I'm glad she got this taken care of.

Have fun everyone, race hard!

Got an extra 808 I could rent for a nice decent bottle of wine?

I rented an 808/sub 9. I have an hour ride do to Friday that I'll do on the course. If it's too much to handle in the wind then I'll just race in my training wheels.

I'm trying to use this to my advantage though by explaining to my wife the benefit of having a set of 808's with a disc cover. That set up would come in handy for a race like this

This is the first time I have ever rode my 808's over my disc when it has been an optoion. I just don't want to be fighting the bike 2+ hours. It may very well not be bad, Kev, so I wouldn't change what you are planning, just sit up if the wind really starts to kick so you have control.
